2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we understand there may be exceptional circumstances.

Eligible Refund Conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase and no work has started.
  • The service delivered is not as described or significantly deviates from agreed-upon terms.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Work has already begun or has been delivered as scoped.
  • Delays due to client inaction or lack of required information.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction when services were rendered as agreed.

3. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service before work begins, email us at
info.unboxflow@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.
Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Revisions & Issue Resolution

We offer reasonable revisions if the final output does not align with the original scope. Revision requests must:

  • Be submitted within 7 days of service delivery
  • Fall within the scope of the original agreement

Requests beyond this period or outside the scope may be subject to additional charges.
